SHEET BENDING SERVICES
We use a modern yawei press brake, it is a 7-axis press. Its maximum working length is 3000 mm and the maximum tonnage is 160 tons. We have a wide range of matrices and stamps, which gives great bending possibilities.
The possibilities of our press are:
– the maximum tonnage is 160 tons
– the maximum sheet thickness is 6 mm
– the maximum bending length is 3000 mm
LATHING SERVICES
We perform on a conventional lathe Colchester Triumph 2500 with electric measuring rulers, the maximum shaft diameter is 60 mm and the maximum length is 1100 mm. Thanks to a large assortment of tools and a trained operator, we are able to perform various customer-specific projects with high accuracy.
WELDING SERVICES
We use modern Fronius welding machines using MAG, MIG, TIG methods – which are a guarantee of the highest quality. A well-coordinated engineering team, experienced welders and available machinery allow us to comprehensively implement various projects.
WIRE BENDING SERVICES
We use CNC machines of Polish production with high accuracy and high efficiency. The ranges and diameters are: from fi 3 to fi 6 for plain wire and from fi 6 to fi 10 for ribbed wire. We have these stirrups in stock – 10×10 15×15 10×20 15×20 20×20 20×25 25×30 30×30
POWDER COATING SERVICES
The dimensions of our furnace are 1200 mm wide, 3200 mm long and 2000 mm high. Our paint shop is equipped with a modern Romer applicator in electrostatics technology. We offer professional powder coating of various types of elements, including:
